Sorry, got ahead of myself there. I call myself Nighthawk and have been fighting crime for about 3 months now. As i said, i need ideas on tactics, as well as an outfit (right now i just wear dark street clothes and a mask.) I target low level crime like theft, and vandalism in extreme cases. anyhow, since im new to the hero thing i need some advice.
