DEFINITELY be careful about using heat-activated dyes! Remember that the shell is made of materials that may shrink! The kevlar panels cannot be washed or dyed and will remain the same size, which means you will end up with kevlar that is bunched-up inside the fabric carrier shell! A total suckfest!!! Cold water dye will cause less shrinkage, but it still may occure with some materials.!

I have mostly done patrols and it's a crapshoot if you ever see worthwhile action that way. What tactics you use pretty much depends on how serious you are and what sort of impact you want to have.
