If you (for some odd reason) do, your name is already known to the people who make it their business to know and you don't need a secret identity. For the rest of us out there we have the link above to help us learn what kind of cash it takes to be the ideal human superhero. Sometimes it can be hard to sit with a pen-and-paper and not think up anything corny. This online program has everything from the most useful to the most outrageous and unrealistic of uniform parts. This should help you whether you're a daytime hero in spandex doing community service or a nighttime hero doing a one-man Neighborhood Watch.
