Yes there is, but it has to be a solid type armor. Kevlar fiber isn't good enough to stop such a thing. Insert plates made of high density plastic, ballistic steel, titanium alloys or ceramics are use to stop armor piercing bullets. My favorite plate insert is made of onnex which I have mentioned in previous posts in various places. It is light weight, tough and can take multiple hits. Most plates actually shatter on the first hit and become less and less usable every shot after but onnex does not shatter.
