Well, it's about as fair as can be without laughing at us outright. The police officer gave the kind of statement I'd expect: public stance from his organization, but I'm sure he has opinions of his own to voice. While I'm sure plenty of experienced law enforcers would just call civilian vigilantes stupid or reckless, I'm sure there are a handle of people who've come across halfway successful individuals in their time. It's interesting to be able to get our word and rhetoric out there, and I thank Kevlex personally for giving such good remarks, but I'm more focused on getting in more contact with the hidden individuals who don't like flash and publicity. I want them to know that the rest of us want to help and support them in anyway possible, and ensure we're doing these activities in as responsible (ie professional) a manner as possible, while still enabling reductions in crimes that go unpunished.
