I laughed hard at some of the costumes and dumb ideas people had for their characters...it's basically just American Idol meets the comics. But, welcome to how the world would be if the comics were real...for the one actual Batman, you'd have a thousand idiots trying to pretend to be him every year. It could be useful...let them hound and persecute the easily caught dumbarses while the serious people work in the background.
