While I am admittedly not yet active on the field, and certainly wouldn't use the childish term of "superhero", I have to agree with some of the voices thus far. A childish fantasy? It wouldn't at all surprise me if that is the most common motivation for the people here, is that a bad thing? I will leave that to your personal taste, just remember, the issue is not whether or not the idea came from an immature child, it is whether or not the idea itself is childish or immature. Personally, while I don't do things the way others here do my motivations also come from youth, though it is less a fantasy and more a lifelong plan, an unavoidable instinct I have been battling with since I was a child, and have decided to apease in the most organized and sensible manner I can. Remember, we know more about ourselves when we are young than we do the rest of our lives, because we are uncorrupted by the confusion of society and incessant details. Don't be ashamed to follow the path you visualized while still innocent, just remember the virtues of responsibility and compassion. If you wish to take the affairs of others into your own hands, just remember not to do it for the sake of the fantasy, but because it is the right thing to do. Truth Seeker
