Ultraviolet invisible ink pens (Available from e-bay and many other sources.)
This felt tipped version works very well in all respects. The ink is clearly visible when illuminated by UV and the UV light on the end of the pen is effective.
The ball point version shown above is more stylish and produces finer lines, but the ink flow is unreliable and of low quality. It has a small UV light on the top which works fine, but is not securely mounted.
